Les Herbes Folles offers small-scale, seasonal, plant-based, anti-gaspi preserves, stamped with the Esprit Parc National Mercantour label.

Les Herbes Folles transforms, in jars, products from local plants that grow in the wild, products that are not part of the distribution chain, products from organic or sustainable farming, enhanced with organic and fair-trade raw materials as part of a responsible approach.

Les Herbes Folles is located in Roure in the Tinée valley in the Mercantour National Park.
