Isola 2000 – Isola: a FAMILY PLUS destination
Famille Plus is a National Label that certifies and promotes the presence of infrastructure and services specially designed for families.
Isola 2000 has gone above and beyond to offer places and activities that delight both children and parents — ensuring a successful mountain holiday with the highest level of satisfaction for the Famille Plus clientele.
This certification also increases the resort’s visibility on a national scale.
The circle of certified resorts is small — only 41 destinations have obtained this precious label to date.
Isola is proud to be among the “happy few.”
This label rewards two years of work and investment from various departments of the Isola Town Hall: the Tourist Office, the Childcare Service (crèche and leisure center), and the Technical Department.
It’s the result of a collective effort with multiple partners such as the SEM (ski area operator), the ESF (French Ski School), and many local businesses — hotels, tourist residences, restaurants, shops, and numerous activity providers.
A true family-friendly offer.
The resort can now proudly boast a genuine Famille Plus offer.
The Tourist Office has developed many activities and services for the whole family — from children aged 0 to 3 to teenagers, both indoors and outdoors.
A welcome chalet has been installed in the central square to ensure full stroller and PRM accessibility for visitors.
A yurt has also been set up in the same area, providing a place for picnics and relaxation (a heated rest area).
This yurt is also used for creative workshops, teen activities, and “well-being breaks” (yoga, meditation, stretching…).
The Tourist Office also offers a Special Family Guide, known as Isoù’s Holiday Guide, featuring our beloved mascot Isoù.
Our certified partners have also worked hard to ensure the best possible welcome for families — with special attention, adapted equipment, and/or dedicated pricing.

Certified accommodations: Le Pas du Loup, New Chastillon, Druos, Chalets Plein Sud, and Mme Bastanti’s furnished apartment.
Certified shops: Intersport, Morisset Skiset, Snow Shop, Ski Pro, Quart Sport, Skimium, and Magic Snow.
Certified activities: Aquavallée, Les Traîneaux des Loups Blancs, and Snake Gliss.
