Col de la Lombarde

Due to unfavourable weather conditions, traffic on the Col de la Lombarde (Isola) has been closed since 31/10/2023 at 11:04 for an indefinite period.

Col de la Bonette

Due to unfavourable weather conditions, traffic on the RM 2205 – Col de la Bonette (Saint-Dalmas-le-Selvage) has been closed since 31/10/2023 at 12:02 for an indefinite period.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

Chains or winter tyres will be mandatory in mountainous areas.

All vehicles will have to be equipped with snow, all-season tyres or chains from 1 November 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.

The obligation concerns light and commercial vehicles, motor homes, heavy goods vehicles and coaches travelling in areas established by the prefects. Their drivers must: carry removable anti-skid devices (metal or textile snow chains) in their trunks to equip at least two driving wheels or be equipped with four “winter tyres”.
