Cheese – Chastillon’s farmhouse Isola 2000

Our speciality is raclette, made mainly with our own cheeses and served with Italian cured meats of verified and certified origin.

Fondue is also a favourite of ours, and this year it’s served with locally sourced porcini mushrooms, making for a delicious variation.

You’ll find wines from small-scale producers and seasonal vegetables to accompany your meal, including red or white potatoes.

Vacherie is located at Car Park P1, and our shop is on the central square of the shopping centre.

Winter season: 4 December to 18 April, daily from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Shopping centre shop, opening hours outside school holidays: Wednesday to Sunday from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Summer season: 1 July to 31 August, daily from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm
