Festival Saveurs de Montagne: When Isola 2000 Meets Mexico
On March 7th and 8th, 2026, Isola 2000 invites you on an unprecedented culinary journey celebrating the meeting between alpine traditions and Mexican gastronomy.
A Bold Fusion at 2,000 Metres Above Sea Level
For this new edition of the Festival Saveurs de Montagne, our resort has chosen to celebrate a surprising culinary pairing: the authentic flavours of our mountains combined with the sun-drenched spices and gastronomic traditions of Mexico. A bold bet that promises to awaken your taste buds and warm up the winter atmosphere!
Throughout the weekend, Isola 2000 will transform into a true gastronomic crossroads where culinary demonstrations, hands-on workshops, festive tastings and traditional Mexican music will all come together.
