A Vertiginous Path to Contemplate the Power of the Waters

Overlooking a steep-sided valley where its clear waters crash over a vertiginous 90-metre drop, the Louch waterfall is located close to the village, where the natural and cultural heritage linked to water is particularly rich.

This impressive waterfall can be admired from Isola, but is only approached by a few canyoning enthusiasts. To unveil this dazzling spectacle, a vertigo trail on the theme of water has been created, winding its way along the old agricultural terraces and leading to a footbridge crossing the waterfall, where you can take a contemplative break and suspend your steps above the void.

This itinerary, with its many spectacular viewpoints, leads back to the Louch plateau before descending to the village along a cobbled heritage path.
