Isola 2000 commits to sustainable mountain tourism

Isola 2000 is taking a new step in its environmental commitment by joining the Flocon Vert initiative, the benchmark label for sustainable mountain destinations. Led by the association Mountain Riders, this label recognises resorts that actively structure their ecological transition — resource management, mobility, biodiversity, local economy — through verified commitments and continuous long-term improvement.

A process built with you

Earning the Flocon Vert cannot be decided from the top down: it is built collectively. That is why residents, business owners, local professionals and associations are invited to take an active part in this process alongside the municipality and the resort. Together, you will help shape the territory’s priorities for the years ahead: mobility, environmental preservation, quality of life, and sustainable tourism.

See you on 16 April

A participatory workshop is being held on Thursday 16 April 2026, from 6pm to 8:30pm, at the Salle Mercière in Isola 2000. On the agenda: a shared assessment of the territory, thematic workshops, and a complimentary drink. Register now at floconvert.isola2000.com and come and help shape the future of the resort.

For Isola 2000, the Flocon Vert is far more than a label: it is a clear statement to a clientele increasingly aware of environmental issues, and a way to prepare the resort for the climate challenges reshaping the future of mountain tourism.
