Christmas Magic at Isola 2000
From December 21st to January 1st, Isola 2000 hosts its Christmas Festivities with a program of events for the whole family. Here are the highlights of this year-end celebration at the resort.
Event Program
December 21st: Christmas Market
Visit the local producers and artisan market to discover regional products.
Also on the program:
- a honey-walnut tart cooking workshop,
- a Christmas brass band,
- a creative workshop for children.
December 22nd and 29th: Raffles
Two raffles are organized with prizes to be won. The refreshment stand will be run by the Isola parents’ association.
December 23rd and 30th: Children’s Shows
Two indoor shows are offered for young audiences:
- On December 23rd, the Eklabul company presents “The Bubble Fairy”,
- On December 30th, the Rêvambule company will perform “Winter’s Treasure”.
December 24th: Christmas Eve
The evening will begin with a parade featuring music, light and fire performances, followed by the instructors’ torchlight descent. A Christmas mass will close the evening.
December 25th: Ski Show (new)
This year, December 25th features a new ski show. The children’s torchlight descent will be followed by a show from the ESF instructors and ski patrol. A night skiing session is also scheduled.
December 31st: New Year’s Eve
To ring in the new year: instructors’ torchlight descent, entertainment with DJ and dancers, sound and light show, and fireworks.
January 1st: New Year’s Toast
To start the year off right, a toast will be offered with sparkling wine and aioli/chestnut canapés.
